What you'll be doing
- Issue airline tickets including published fares, net fares and exchanges
- Deliver superior customer service to our front line businesses
- Optimize commission revenue opportunities
- Take phone calls from front line sales agents regarding fares, rules and exchanges to name a few
- Achievement of financial results and KPI's
What you'll need
- Minimum 1 year ticketing experience in a GDS (preferably Apollo)
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enjoy problem solving
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
