What you'll be doing

  • Issue airline tickets including published fares, net fares and exchanges
  • Deliver superior customer service to our front line businesses
  • Optimize commission revenue opportunities
  • Take phone calls from front line sales agents regarding fares, rules and exchanges to name a few
  • Achievement of financial results and KPI's

 

What you'll need

  • Minimum 1 year ticketing experience in a GDS (preferably Apollo)
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
